We want you to be completely happy with your order. As many of our products are custom-made, our returns policy is slightly different to standard retail items. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Products

Most of our decals and signage are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

If there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to help and put things right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

For non-personalised products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and approved, we will process the refund on our end within 48 hours. After this, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account will depend on your bank’s standard processing times.
